Questions
Consultancy FAQs
How is the work priced?
Scope can cover a defined review and plan or ongoing advice. The quote reflects the questions, stakeholders, and implementation involvement required.
How is the timeline agreed?
The schedule depends on access to information and the decisions involved. Agree review sessions, deliverables, and any follow-up before starting.
Does Nick need to carry out the recommendations?
No. The plan can be used by your team or another supplier. Any implementation by Vorgestern is scoped separately so you can decide what help you need.
What happens after I enquire?
Nick reviews what you send and follows up by email. If the project looks like a fit, the next step is a conversation to clarify the work before a proposal.
