Join our Smile Plan. It is a simple membership with us, not insurance, so there are no claim forms and no yearly maximum. The details are in the Smile Plan card.
We take cards, HSA and FSA cards, and cash. Treatment over $500 can be spread over monthly payments, up to 12 months with no interest, with approved credit. You get a written estimate before any work, and we never start treatment you have not agreed to.

No. Many of our patients come back after five, ten or even twenty years away. We see it every week, and nobody here will lecture you. We start from where you are today.
A new patient exam, X-rays and cleaning is $189. If we find something that needs more than a standard cleaning, we tell you the price before we do anything. Smile Plan members pay nothing extra for their first exam, X-rays and cleaning.
Most PPO plans. We file the claim for you and check your benefits before you come in, so you know your share ahead of time. We are not in network with HMO or Medicaid plans right now, but we can give you the paperwork to send in for out-of-network benefits.

We offer nitrous oxide (laughing gas) for $55 a visit. It wears off within minutes, so you can drive yourself home. For deeper sedation we refer you to a trusted oral surgeon, and we keep looking after everything else.
